Directions for Use
Pour 250–300 ml of water into the shaker, add the contents of one sachet or the desired amount of powdered supplement, close the shaker securely, and shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds until smooth. Consume immediately after preparation.
Cleaning
Rinse the shaker immediately after use to prevent residue build-up and unwanted odours. Wash with warm water and mild detergent or place in the dishwasher.
Important Information
Do not use with hot liquids, as pressure may build up inside the bottle. Drinks prepared in the shaker should be consumed immediately and the shaker should not be used for long-term storage of liquids.
