2. Contract Formation

All product prices and information are available on alba-derm.com.

A purchase agreement between the Customer and the Seller is concluded once the Seller electronically confirms the order.

An order confirmation is automatically sent to the e-mail address provided by the Customer.

 

3. Prices

All prices are expressed in euros (EUR) and include VAT.

Prices are valid at the time of order and may be subject to change without prior notice.

Delivery costs are not included in the product price and are shown separately during checkout.

 

4. Products

All products displayed on alba-derm.com represent an invitation to negotiate and do not constitute a binding offer.
Prices, availability, and product specifications are subject to change without prior notice.
In case a product is unavailable after purchase, the customer will be offered a refund or a replacement product of equal value.

Although product information is regularly updated, occasional errors may occur.
In the event of any error in pricing or availability, Poliklinika Alabdulla d.o.o. reserves the right to correct such information and inform the customer before order completion.

 

5. Delivery Terms

All purchases made through the alba-derm.com online store are considered a sales agreement between the customer and Polyclinic Alabdulla (ALBA DERM). The risk of loss or damage to the products passes to the customer at the moment the products are handed over to the delivery service or collected in person at Polyclinic Alabdulla.

ALBA DERM ensures that all products are carefully packed and delivered as quickly as possible, in accordance with the stated delivery conditions. In case of delay or inability to deliver, the customer will be promptly notified, and a new delivery date or a refund will be arranged by mutual agreement.

 

6. Delivery

The Seller offers the following delivery options:

• DPD – 5 €
• Personal pickup at Poliklinika Alabdulla, Ulica kneza Branimira 28, Zagreb

The usual delivery time within Croatia is 3–5 working days, except in cases of extraordinary circumstances (holidays, non-working days, force majeure).

 

7. Payment Methods

• Customers can pay for their orders using debit and credit cards.
  The following cards are accepted:
  Visa, Mastercard®, Maestro®, Diners, and Discover.
  Payments are processed securely via the CorvusPay system, ensuring safe and encrypted online transactions.

• Cash payment upon personal pickup at the clinic

All payment methods, except cash on delivery, are available for international customers without international delivery options.

 

7.1. Security of Online Payments

While conducting payments on our web shop you are using CorvusPay – an advanced system for secure acceptance of credit cards on the Internet.
CorvusPay system ensures complete privacy of your credit card data and personal data from the moment you type them into the CorvusPay payment form. Data required for billing is forwarded encrypted from your web browser to the bank that issued your payment card. Our store never comes into contact with your sensitive payment card data. 8. Gift Cards

Gift cards purchased via the webshop are valid exclusively for purchases on alba-derm.com.

Gift cards are valid until the full amount is used (no time limit).

If the order exceeds the gift card value, the Customer must pay the difference.

If the order is less than the gift card value, the remaining balance stays on the e-card and can be used for the next purchase.

Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.

 

9. Promotional Codes

Promotional codes (coupons) can be used during online purchases within the validity period specified in the promotion terms.

Promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be used for the purchase of gift cards.

Always check the expiry date of your voucher code before use.

Certain voucher codes cannot be used for discounted items.

Voucher codes may be valid only for specific products or categories.

Voucher codes may be linked to a minimum order value.

If you return items, we reserve the right not to restore the validity of your voucher code.

 

10. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify the Seller by e-mail at info@alba-derm.com
or in writing to the Seller’s registered office.

Conditions for returns:

• The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
• The product must not be used, opened, or damaged (especially relevant for cosmetic items).

Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer, unless the wrong or defective product was delivered.

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

 

11. Complaints

If the Customer receives a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, they are entitled to a replacement or a refund.

12. Right to Submit a Complaint

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, customers have the right to submit a complaint regarding a purchased product or provided service.
